Ai Tshizuka came to the local community in August 2009 as our incomming Rotary Youth Exchange Student. She attended Sierra High School and was active as a cheer leader.

The 18 year old Japanese native lived with three families during her stay. They were Mike and Kathy Palmer, Barbara and Dan Ferguson and Wes and Linda Qualls.

Ai's father Takushi joined together with the Fergusons and Qualls for a barbecue.
